You get a maximum 10 points if you have a job offer from a Canadian employer of at least 1 year.
The job offer needs to be approved and has to be for continuous 1 year paid full-time work and must be listed as TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 of the NOC.
CIC must be convinced that, you’re able to do the job offered to you or you’ll be able to become licensed or certified when in Canada (if the occupation is regulated in Canada)

You or your spouse can earn a maximum of 10 points.
